Dr. Molitoris is a seasoned family medicine physician with nearly two decades of clinical experience across prominent academic and private healthcare institutions. He began his career after earning his MD from Pennsylvania State University and completing a family medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania, where he later served as a clinician, medical educator, and active committee member focused on health education, quality improvement and physician advocacy. During his time at the University of Pennsylvania, he contributed to clinical research, medical school curriculum development, and the rollout of healthcare innovations like Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Virtual Medicine.

Following his tenure in academic medicine, Dr. Molitoris continued to expand his clinical reach at Cedars-Sinai Health System in Los Angeles and as a corporate clinician for Sony Pictures Entertainment. He now leads Rare Find Medical offering personalized care grounded in his deep care for the community he serves and dedication to expertise.
